RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re parents too—your satisfaction matters. At Niriya, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural materials. Due to the nature of our products, especially those intended for infants- we follow a strict yet fair return and exchange policy.
RETURN / EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
In-transit damage
Incorrect item delivered
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Teethers
Rattles
We will not accept exchanges for:
- Used or washed items
- Requests without an unboxing video
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE
- The product must be unused, in original condition.
- It must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required – Order ID, issue description, and unboxing video.
- Once approved, we will let connect with you for the pickup or return process
- The replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 working days after we receive and verify the product.
- Each Niriya product is lovingly handcrafted by local artisans using natural materials. This process inherently brings subtle inconsistencies, slight asymmetry in shape, color, grain, texture, finish, adhesion or hand-stuck elements that make each piece one of a kind. These minor variations are not considered defects, but are a testament to the handmade nature of our products and the organic materials we work with.
MANDATORY UNBOXING PROOF
- A clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory
- The video must show the product, packaging, and issue clearly
- Requests without valid photo/video proof will not be accepted
- Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse delivery immediately and inform the delivery partner.
REPLACEMENTS
- If the item is in stock and your request is valid, we will arrange a free replacement
- In cases of verified defects or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by Niriya.
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made to the bank account shared by the customer. We will share confirmation details once the refund is initiated.
Niriya reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
